Investment Update
We are currently seeking a reliable Lead Investor along with others. ​We are also actively updating and reaching out to prospective investors and firms to secure additional funding. Once Investments have been secured, we will make the announcement on our socials as well as this site.

Our Funding Goals
$5 - $10 Million USD: To create multiple mobile games over the next 5 years. We aim to ensure we have enough capital to not only develop our games but also market them efficiently and cover all other expenses.
First Studio Location
Our first studio will be located in a building owned by a family member, which they are generously providing once we secure funding. We will need to purchase equipment, software, and furniture, and pay a staff of up to 10.

Exciting Partnership Announcement
We are thrilled to announce that we have finalized a deal with Allcorrect Games to create a Vertical Slice of our first mobile and/or console game for demo purposes. This collaboration will also help us attract investors. Allcorrect Games has also agreed to fully develop our first game if we secure enough funding to outsource development but not operate full-time. Allcorrect has an impressive portfolio, having worked on several big-name games such as Star Wars: Jedi - Survivor and Fallen Order, Atomic Heart, and many others, assisting both indie and AAA companies.

We are excited to begin this partnership and embark on this journey together.

We are currently in the process of securing up to $5 million in starting capital. We will post updates as they arise and hope to begin full development of our first mobile title in 2025.

Our Background
Our Journey
In late 2008, Stephen Smith and Jerry Grissett began bouncing game ideas off each other while playing Call of Duty: World at War. By April 2009, Stephen was diligently writing down various ideas. By the start of 2024, he had conceptualized an impressive list of over 200 game IPs, including 25 mobile titles, 12 AR/VR titles, and 205 console game titles. The only thing holding us back was funding.

In May 2020, WardogGaming LLC was officially founded. Stephen primarily used Angel Investment Network to seek the necessary funding. In May, a promising investor came forward, but it turned out to be a long-con scam, and some of our funds were stolen. As a result, Wardog Gaming became dormant. Stephen took a break from the investment fiasco to focus on conceptualizing more games and dealing with family health issues regarding his father.

Stephen's father's health was challenging over the next three years, with multiple hospital stays, a triple bypass, two neck surgery fusions, multiple vein surgeries for dialysis, and several complications.
​
In 2024, Stephen decided it was time to host a conference and investment meeting to gauge opinions on the games he wanted to create. On August 10th, 2024, we held our first game conference. Although over 150 people were slated to attend, most didn't show up. However, those who did were excited about the games and wished they were already available. During the conference, Jerry live-streamed the event, gaining over 6,000 viewers.

Both Stephen and Jerry are committed to making Wardog Gaming a household name. As gamers, they are dedicated to creating exciting and fun games for gamers, with entertainment as their main priority.
